Bosh 400's

Have just bought a set of Bosch 400's which are going into the new Hydra. Whilst I've got the time to think about it I was wondering what the best battery/speedo combo is for them.

I was thinking about using the spare roboteq we have and some A123's. I have read somewhere that running the 400's above 12v will take out the speedo. Anyone any experience with this?

Anyways, assuming they need to be run on 12V then I was thinking of running two 4s3p packs.

To the best of my knowledge...when geared for the same speed.... the amps draw effectively doubles... something like 78 amps per motor for the 750w@24v and 150 amps per motor for the 400w@12v .....both geared for 10 mph.
