It has to be one, it portrays the name of the robot so well. The halo needs to look more like it is going around the sword. It looks more like its slapped on top of it. The width of the halo would be thinner the further away it is from the camera.

2 does look good but the lightning needs a bit of work IMO. Now I am not a lightning expert but I believe they look like plant roots made of light.

I would say yours are a bit too uniform, some need to be a little bit thicker then others. There need s to be a glow. Very easy in photoshop or paintshop pro. Duplicate lightning layer and move to back, fill color yellow (or what ever color you want), gaussian blur back layer.

Third one looks like too much is going on. Its good but not as good as the others.

Im not an illustrator but I do have a bit of an eye for these things. They all look nice and would make good posters.

Craig ehy dont you get all the ideas in the size you will sell them (A3?) then see which looks best, suppose you could get so many of each and let the public decide then make more of that poster on the next print run

The lightning looks much better! However I think you have lost the simplicity of the earlier version. It worked quite well with simple back ground and bam lightning bolt flinging robot monster.
But they are all good and Alex is right. Print some off show them to the kids and see which ones they like.

Its been nearly 3 years since i competed with a heavyweight but I'm goin to come back in 2010, so once again here comes Tanto (5)
Length- 55cm
Width- 60cm
Height- 250cm
Voltage- approx 36v
Drive- Twin Etek (to be replaced by LEM)
Controllers- 2x Roboteq
Armour- 20mm hardox sides 8mm front 6mm all other places
last time we weighed her she was 89kg

nothing much has changed on her since version 4 jus a slightly more antweight shape and higher voltage, goin to start assembly over xmas
