Are you going for a traidtional rear hinged lifter or 4-bar? or something new?

Simple mechanism with horn shaped lifter. But all this may change.

Alex beauty is in the eye etc. but i am trying to get away from the box on wheels look even if this is easier and better. If i say too much at this stage I can only drop myself in to the muck even further.

Well Craig, we look forward to seeing your creation, especially after seeing the new improved, much cooler St. Hammer at Barnsley!

If i remember the arm is powered by only one motor with an electric clutch at each end, one cultch runs the lift arm and the other opperates the claw.
