  • Flipper- electric power

With prodigy coming together now, i am not too hot on co2 powered flippers, so was wondering has their ever been any hw with elctric powered rams, if their are such a thing, and if so would it be any good for mainly self righting or at least turning another over?

or linear actuators like Biohazard uses

Found these at ayrshire robotics on ways to use a motor and screw type design.

M2 has an electric powered flipper. Can flip once every 2 seconds, I believe.

I think M2s flipper is low pressure pneumatic, not electric.

                    Flipper- electric power

I was referring to season 7 M2. Pearce said it had an electric flipper, but that was the old one.

Nope, the old one was Low pressure, the new one is high pressure.. only electronic part of the weapon was the solenoid valves..

                        Flipper- electric power

                        so it was semi-electric.

All pneumatic weapons are semi-electric by that definition - you need to use something to activate the flow of gas.

                            Flipper- electric power

all robots are semi electric by that definition, the flipper on M2 is and always was pneumatic, the valves are triggered by electronic controller.

Even Petrol engines in robots are controlled by some form of electonics
