Skateboard wheel drive

So I'm looking for a way to drive an outboard skateboard wheel on a jack shaft. Who does a gearbox or gears that will run off a 25d motor and a hub that will be able to lock a wheel to a shaft? I've seen the ride on skateboard stuff but it's all belts.

The belts are shifting a full size human at up to 20mph, more than most HW robots speed wise. HTD Belts are fine for drive IMO. They don't stretch like chains nor break due to shock. Main draw back is their width.

Problem solved I believe, found these hubs that fit skateboard wheels and lock the center down to a 5mm shaft

Allows for inboard mounting , compared to the external mount that belts tend to require, most of the belt drives seem to interface with the wheels directly rather than a keyway on an axle.
