Hi all I have x2 esc's that are new I am unsure as to what to do with them at first. Do I need to programme them in or just plug and play.

That all depends on what they are and what you want to use them for?

GoolRC 320A 6-12V Brushed ESC Speed Controller w/ 2A BEC of eBay. And they are just for forward and reverse control on the wheels

Shouldn't need modified then. I don't see them being up to much though, the rating are exaggerated to say the least but hopefully they work for what you want them for

Oh, the blue ones. Forget it if for a featherweight.
They are great smokebombs if you do anything over 8V with a batterydrill motor.

Reverse is not full power either making building a drive with them "special".

First thing you need to do is take off that Tamiya plug for the battery. A so called 320A ESC with a Tamiya plug, Chinese will just print anything on the box as long as it sells.

I believe the 320A comes from the sum of the FET ratings. So either 4 80A fets or 8 40A. But that doesn't really matter because the crappy wires and thin traces will probably melt first. The pair I bought didn't even go between forward and reverse without a 1 second delay.
