            spoke to electronize today and they said that performing such a conversion is fine but 40a is generally the max you can take them to. The MOSFETs won't take much more than that apparently. He also said that you can order the FR30HX ESCs as 40a variants at the same price as the normal ones, you just have to provide the 40a relays.

            To convert each ESC, you would need two of these in theory (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/12V-CAR-AUTO- ... 0268094470) but if you're running 6s lips, would you need a 24v version?

                This was being done long before Electronize offered the converted ones, but use decent relays, Bosch ones with the metal cans are best, but will still suffer when one of Gary's disks hits them. :sad:
