A featherweight replica of what? Diotoir? If so I'm not sure, I don't think fire of any sort is allowed in any of the current UK events. Not even when set deliberately inside the arena somehow... fire melts plastic far too easily for it to be fair on everyone else, let alone safe. Then again I may be wrong.

It would be a novelty or gimmick that would get boring very quickly. Arena marshals and roboteers have to enter the arena after a bout, and for them to be inhaling melted plastic/fur fumes repeatedly would be good for no-one's general health. It's bad enough already when batteries or ESCs go up in smoke.

Besides, it's already been done with Fluffy at Roaming Robots events.
