I'm guessing the correct procedure is to use a heat gun, bend to desired angle and allow to set? I want to bend 12mm to around 30 degrees

Best bet is to make a bending mold from a sturdy wooden plank, and don't make the corner to sharp. (like a radius of 25-30mm)
Apply heatgun but don't overheat the HDPE, you don't want to melt it.Comment
