you need a dump valve somewhere after the on/off but before the valve matt

where between the valve and the ram, why?
just fit a qev where the green pipe goes in the ram to improve airflow out when firing.

Thats fine, as Terry said, fit a QEV ontop of the ram to spped up the exhaust, but it would work without just slower.
