just after clarification on something and will probably add various questions over time but...

is a ram-bot that has blades on the sides so when is stops and spins still classed as a FBS so will only be alowed to fight in a robo-challenge arena?

it's only a spinner if it rotates at over 500 rpm i beleive

It is classed as a thwack bot,

Saint Hammer is an over head Thwack bot. and yours would be classified as a horizontal thwack bot so it would be fine the original Saint (now retired) was that type.
If you got it to spin at 500 rpm it would be almost impossible to control!
