In all honesty, it is rather unlikely a potential robot team will part with cash. Most will trade skills, facilities & parts. So unless they're providing any of the above, yeah, ditch them.
ok then I understand that one of my team members is having a bit of trouble with money at the moment and I just thought of a way of getting the other team member to give the money, threaten him of being kicked out if he doesn't provide any money. worked last time.
The whole idea of a team is to get people together doing things you can€™t but if some team members have no i.e. money in your case are they participating in other ways?
befor you drop them
It may have something to do with the fact that my team is mostly all family, but i have done some work with other people and i would never drop anybody from the team unless there was a really good reason, sticking together and all that I pay for most of the stuff nowdays so i rarely ask mates to chip in, and even when i do they help the best they can, even if they cant its no biggie, i just enjoy their company.
So yeah try and figure out any other ways to raise funds before you drop people from the team, unless their being really disruptive and/or a real pain in the proverbial, in which case yeah let them go. Ya know when you find the odd 2p on the floor? i always like to think hey thats a new LED
