you know there are lots(like 10 or 12) of little holes round the top of your drill motor screw them in there

mine were m6 i think. i only used 4 in each drill though

o rings have more chance of slipping and degrading. Grub screws work well. I used m5 on mine. You tighten them until the output shaft doesn't rotate in your hands. Be careful that you don't go too far as you will start to push the body of the drill away from the front plate on the motor.

Well it gives you all the torque the drill can muster unlike an o-ring or the standard torque limiter which will slip under heavy load, good if you want to protect expensive components but not so good in a pushing match.

in a robot using drills for drive i fail to see where the expensive components are :P

no you only want to screw them so there is a slight rotation which is stopped with the little bumps on the plate hitting the grub screw
