  • Battery eluminator

hello I bought this item as a battery eluminator for my receiver, I bought this one

    http://www.dimensionengineering.com/parkbec.htm

Now looking at it, it only has one plug to a ESC, but I have 2 electronize ESCs.

Does that mean I need 2 BECs (one for each ESC) or do I join the wires, or does it not even need conneting to the ESC?

My receivers not here yet but the rest of the robot wiring is done now so I want to get ready for when it comes tomorrow hopefully

    Re: Battery eluminator

    Hiya

I use one of those in Satanix, basically what I have is the 2 power wires (red and black) wired into the robots power system, the servo lead itself into the receiver (Into the Batt/Bind slot), supplying 1.5A to my receiver, gyro, switcher and mixer. the 2 RC leads from my speed controllers just go directly into the receiver/gyro/mixer. My speedos don't have a BEC function, but IF yours do, you can either disable the BEC on yours by whatever means, or cut the red wires on the RC leads so your BEC won't reach the receiver but you're still getting the signal you need.

you don't need to disable your speedo's bec when using these but you would if you used either a receiver battery or a home made bec
