cant you drill some holes through the sides of the bulkheads so you can push the pin through each bulkheads? inline with the holes for the pin

i thought about that might be able to fit it in but would be quite tight and difficult

          Claw pin

currently in crumple zone there is a 13mm ti pin that the claw pivots on i want to weld a tube to the claw so the claw wont move around when in battle

my idea is to have the tube welded on to stop movement then have the old pin running though to secure it in plcae

the body of the claw is ti and i was wondering what material and size for the tube should i use?

          thanks alex

well i thought a tube would help the structure aswell be stronger and less bother taking on and oof than washers

              thaks for posting though kenny

another question seeing as the claw is ti i can only weld ti to that right?

              thanks alex

Ed doesnt that depend on the grades of Ti used?

if you stuggle at getting some Ti tube for the pin use the washers and get someone to tack and weld the washers together, makes an easy spacer
