    ive been looking around for 80mm wheels with bearing fitted but cant seem to find any can anyone help

      As Ed said, get in touch with RoboChallenge, they do some great blue wheels with a nut insert.

        matt, what size bearing ect do you need in it? its not likely to be something you can just buy off the shelf. We could modify some wheels for you with bearings, but i depends on what you need etc.

              scooter wheels are 80mm with bearings fitted.

                        i tried scooter wheels, and for me personally on my fw they were rubbish, perhaps others had good success with them but for me they didnt work at all. i had the ones that you get on those small foldup scooter things.

                          The trick to scooter wheels is to put them in a lathe and turn the rounded surface flat. The Germans use that trick and it works quite well.
