What grade of Ali are you using?

If you bought it off ebay or it was exceptionally cheap then chances are its one of the lower grades of aluminium. This may be the cause of your problems.
I use the ali from technobots and the 4mm panels on hornet 2 have yet to bend or buckle.Comment
