Lift 'em' up Final upgrades before champs

This is my first and original robot, and after Gadget show today i set about upgrading it.
The following has been done in one night.

First i set about stripping it



Then i added the actuator mount and extension


Then i cut the front plate

Then i cut drilled and bolted the lifting mechanism


and this is the height it should achive (sorry for blur)
