Hello guys,
I am new to this forum but have little/some experience in the field of robotics. I also built a quadcopter which was left incomplete because I couldnt test it. {my Tx and Rx didnt bind---faulty chinese stuff(flysky)}.
Now----------
This is my new robot which is yet to be named. I wanted to build a robot exactly like the biohazard because in my opinion- NO ONE can defeat it
I have used thick(5mm) plastic(acrylic) sheet to build the body. its very tough. Actually I am making this for a inter-school robotics competition.
Rules specify that I can't exceed 1ftx1ftx1ft dimensions no matter what the weight is.I am using these motors-
http://www.pitsco.com/store/detail.aspx?KeyWords=motor&ID=5451&c=&t=&l=
ITS datasheet----- https://c10645061.ssl.cf2.rackcdn.co...motorspecs.pdf
As I dont know how to use chains and all/ Never used it/ Its also costly-- I am using a 4 wheel drive.

ONE MOTOR is still to be attached.. You see how weak I am in building. The problem was basically my experience and funds

This is the flipper or the motor which will be the actuator for the biohazard like four bar lifter.

MORE close picture. It has a good torque but not as good as AMPFLOW or MAGNUM motors. It was for 5$
So basically I am confused with whare to place it and will my design of plastic be strong enough to lift another robot? where will the wedge be,etc, etc.
Please help me guys.

One more pic. Please help me,
Actually I am gonna use the servo and micro switch method as a tutorial on youtube by 'MATSURD' to control my motors and save the cost of motor controller; preferably the sabertooth 2x5 RC.
Thanks in advance,
Rahul
