Unless you're using extra gearing on the drill the gear ratio should be 1:1 which will cause the peak current draw to be about 25A and give about 7mph

Should be ordering plastic today 1000mm x 500mm x 10 which will be beefed up with some metal (this might not happen if my dad forgets!
....again)
