With all the snow lately I was looking at attempting some sort of tracked robot. Been looking at the pics of yours - how do you transmit the turning of the motors to the tracks? Are you just using friction drive on to the main belt section of the tracks?
Oh and I have my own ideas as to how to build a spinner kilobot but I would never say no to a video
Awesome, thanks. And what did you use for the track itself? Is it rubber off a treadmill or something?
I've done some research into building home-made tracks but the tracks on your machines seem much simpler!
