  • mechanism of a fighting robot

    Hellowers

I have been thinking about building a boxing robot in the future in a size of around 130 cm..

I have looked at different mechanical parts and the anatonomy of the human body.

I want to value flexible movement and timing alot, so hips, shoulder movement are important and footwork.

What I can see is that most dont have footwork into their fighting robots because of the complexity and balance issue.

so my first concern will be to only focussing on the hips and shoulder movement,

    some mechanical controlling:
    pneunamatic
    airmuscles
    Motor
    Servo
    hydraulic
    actuator

But what im looking for is to use airmuscles or something that works as human muscles, but I like the timing of servo motors. and have a hard time to figure out how to build a flexible joints as shoulder and hips movement, so I had liked to hear if you have any ideas how to best tacle this issue or any links or other material would I really be thankful.

    Keep fighting
