  • Are these components sensible?

    Dear all,

Apologies for a slight repost. It seems to have been lost in another thread. Please could someone let me know if these components look ok for a small spinner?

The purpose of the components is to build some small fighting robots. They all seem ok to me but I have never bought components this small before so am a little unsure.
These are the things I was looking at:

    Thanks in advance!

With regards to the Boat ESCs, i did originally use those in a kit Featherweight im developing for Greenwich.

Worked well in testing, though never did any combat - i was worried about the fan and the ESCs potential reliance on it.

It does come with an on-off switch though which is handy. Though if you do use it, buy some sticky back velcro - theres no real mounting points for it.

The other stuff im not sure about, really depends what size your going to build to? - i know my uni bought something similar (though not the parts your looking at) last year for 6kg, and they couldnt take the impacts. If your doing Beetles it may be more attainable, but then the ESC becomes abit large.
