  • wireing??

quick question guys what wiring do people use in there beetles as in the type (im aware its electrical ) any links would be helpfull aswell as im learning as i go here

Do you mean size/type of the actual cable? If so you'll probably see 22-thru-14awg silicon wire in 90% of beetles. You can get the stuff on Ebay, though the cheapest source is likely Hobbyking, which is where I get mine. It's good stuff.

No problem. I'd guess around 20awg for individual motors and more like 14awg or 16awg for link/main/high power wires.

does it have to be a diffrent guage for the motors than for the control systems im asuming that they will draw the most power from the batteries

You can use the same thickness wire all over which is what many do for convenience, it's just you want to make sure the main current handling wires (so anything between battery and the distribution to different ESCs) will comfortably handle the draw. Often that means you save some weight by using two sizes.

If it's a rambot you could probably get away with 18awg for everything. Others who have built similar bots can confirm/disprove that.
