Using Shapeways to Print Chassis

I was thinking about getting my BW chassis printed by Shapeways, but the prices are astronomical!

A 5mm thick A5 sheet will cost around $150 to be made from 'strong and flexible'!
Does anyone else have any experience of doing this and are my prices correct?

shapeways printing won't be strong enough for a BW.

its about 25 quid for one of my ant frames just for refferance.
