Hiya, I'm building an antweight as they look easy to build, despite having a feather and starting a feather, been watching AWS all night long with my 5yr old and we're hooked! Please can someone recommend us a good ant speedo? We've been round all the websites and got wheels and motors etc. sorted. Realise we need to join the ant forum lol.

Simplest ant speed controller is the Sabretooth 5A. Basic as they come, bit overkill for ants but great for beginners. Buy from either Technobots or Robot Bits. -

They are a bit heavy for ants, 22g out of the box, but if you're confident enough, you can take 12g off it without affecting the performance of the board (taking off the screw terminals and soldering right to the board, taking off the Ali heatsink (not needed at this weight class) ).Comment
