  • 360 (then stop) servo

Hi, is there a servo out there that can do a 360 degree turn, then will stop (automatically), and then do another 360 degrees in the same direction? I.e. will start at 12 o' clock and every time you press a button do 360 degrees clockwise, ending up in the same position as it started?
    Thanks,
    James

I know a sail winch servo will do more than 360 degrees. The control I'm not too sure of

A steppermotor and steppermotor driver could be programmed to do that.

Okay, would the streppermotor be suitable for an antweight?

Depends what the purpose is, is it for a weapon, for drive etc. and how fast/how much power you want from it. You also probably need to be able to program a controller for it to make it do what you want.

I'm hoping to use it to re-cock a spring powered weapon. So it'd need a fair bit of torque (but speed isn't important).
Would I have to programme it myself?
