Bobblebot.co.uk is one of the newest antweight resource sites to be made and currently has what I like to consider a fairly useful antweight section. Go to http://www.bobblebot.co.ukhttp://www.bobblebot.co.uk and click on antweights at the top or go straight to the antweight section at http://www.bobblebot.co.uk/antweights.htmlhttp://www.bobblebot.co.uk/antweights.html.

It currently has a link list of antweights and a list of antweight resource sites. It also has a basic guide written by me on there. I plan to add more guides in a beginner€™s section soon.

Please have a look around the site and tell me what you think and what you think could be added or changed to the site and any spelling mistakes etc.

Also if you like the site and have an antweight site of your own, drop me an e-mail with a link to it and I will add you to my list. I would also be very pleased if you could link to me as well.

    Thanks

    Hi Mike

First time Ive visited your site - first impressions make lasting impressions - and yours is impressive, very informative and active. I personally dont have an antweight (preferring to mess around with super-antweights cos ive just got standard radio equipment) but for anyone who is building an antweight, whether it be for the first time or more, this site will be a valuable resource for them - and Ill most likely use it if I ever get round to building a legal ant. Nice work

    Regards,
    Jamie

      Thankyou Jamie
It is nice to know that my work is apreciated! I am very pleased that it gave good first impressions on you because while comments from friends and family is always good it can be biased so I am very pleased that some one visiting the site for the first time liked it too.

The new site has a beginners section which you are welcome to contribute to with your own guides etc. I would also like to add more links to the antweight robots page so if your ant has a website let me know!

                Bobblebot.co.uk

The new site was launched on January 1st and has had many nice comments about it. I badly need more visitors so if your antweight has a website that is not listed on my page in the antweight section, then please let me know.

I have also got a beginners section which you are also welcome to contribute to with your own guides on how to do something.

Also links to the site are very much encouraged, so if you are updating your site soon and would like to link to my site then please do . The more people who use the site the better.

Anything that you would like me to add to the site or if you have something that could be added to any part of the site then let me know!

Like wise, if you have any comments on the site, good or bad, then please let me know by posting here, or e-mailing me.

                Thank you.

                Mike

Ok here is some new stuff and updates for the future to look forward to:

                  News Section
                  Getting the Newletter going.
All parts that are currently up being completed.
A quick re-vamp of the antweight section to make it easier to update + fit in with new style side menus.

                  New Content

                  How to build an Antweight
                  How to build a Featherweight
                  How to build a Heavyweight
                  Robotics Section (totally new!)

An updated totally dedicated forum to the varios sections mentioned above (which may not get used much but its there)

In the future - We will be having a PHP members area in which you can contribute to exclusive parts of the site and write your own pages! This is someway of yet though (im still learning the basics of PHP! )

We will also have a dedicated Search Engine to the site eventually too.

As you can see, it expanding again so be sure to keep an eye on the site over the next few months! With all these updates, I reckon it should have well over 500 pages of content

                  Thanks,

                  Mike
