      There's a selection of wheel sizes that'll fit directly onto the motor shaft.

          You will be wanting a motor/gearbox with a lower ratio. As Harry said, the 250:1 motor you have provided a link to will give a very slow speed which means your robot won't really be competitive. I'm not an expert on antweights, but ideally you want those motors with a 50:1 gearbox attached (ideally) or a 30:1 gearbox (may be too fast).
