Carbon Fibre armour

Ok, I saw josh do this to his fleaweight on the robotwars101 forum.
Would I be able to use this http://www.easycomposites.co.uk/Product ... Sheet.aspx and a big amount of epoxy for my pneumatic antweight chasis?
If not what is better?

You need fabric to mould. try one of these kits:
