Those little batteries are well cheap but are they any good?
I'm probaly getting some.

yep, they are good i have used them in ants and fleas till i went lipo

How do you know what charger to pick for a battery

you look at how many cells it says it will charge too, and what mah it will put in to your battery. most importantly what type of battery it is.
