    i want to build a ant weight robot and i want to keep it cheap so i was thinking 2 modded 360 servos for drive a receiver and a battrey any help?

    yes that would work but dont expect it to win any thing i did that at the start but i have now moved on to bigger and better things.
    cheapest servos(good speed bad torque) easy to speed hack

      do i have to use servos or can i plug a motor in the recever?

        a motor needs a speed controler which plugs into the reiver, its is much more expensive but nearly all ants use it. speed contollers are about £45

                        no, that would mean your robot would not move, the motor on its own will have no where near enough torque to move a robot, they are good speed hacked though

                            sd200's all the way, outpushed dynamite at the latest AWS and thats one of the torquiest robots around
                            at £12 each there pretty cheap too, a bit more pricy than the budget servos but will last for donkeys years
