    OK, Im using polycarbonate for the first time in my two antweights and want advice on how to fix the polycarbonate panels together...

      chloroform. But there shouldnt be any gaps between the pannels. Use a seringe with a small needle to drop some chloroform in between the pannels. And do it in a verry well ventilated area

        you could weld them
        i tried that and it was pritty strong

          i use a hot glue gun, seems to do the job for me.

            Just make it out of 1 piece of polycarb and bend it. For the final joint bolt them toigether with m2 or m2.5 screws

            Do not use superglue as it will weaken polycarb
