Got the bot driving today... Video posted on the page. Got a little glue in one of the motors so that is why it is sticking at times.

I got it driving and flipping at the same time. I just have to re-wire it all up and make some armor for it! Overall I am very happy with it! Still only at 50% PSI and looks like I will get about 10 pops. New videos and pictures... Tell me what ya think...

Got the bot just about done... Armor is all done and the bot is driving like a champ! Once the back is done I will work on some different arms to deal with the different bots that I will have to fight. Got some work done on the ant today... Self rights and flips alot better with the new tube that I got. Still only at 90PSI when the max is 145PSI. New videos and pictures.

I got the kit off of the Robot Market Place when they had them. I now get stuff made by robart off of Tower Hobbies. The valve you are able to get from a place that I dont remember at the moment.

Id say make the lifting arm scoop bit more scoopier/shallower. The front side panels could be extended forwards to be shallower too to help deflect spinners and protect the lifting arm? Looks like youve got a very decent weapon set up for a US ant!

Cant wait to see some vids when this goes into full combat

Now that the bot is almost done I am going to make a few different arms for spinners, wedges, and whatever. The arm that is on it now will be used for drum and vertical spinning bots. The armor sticks out front past the arm which protects it until the arm is under the bot. The armor is made from single pieces of Ti, getting more angle would mean more weight, which I don€™t think is necessary. The wedge arm will have some Ti forks like Wedgio has€¦ I still have 2oz to play with..

I got all 3 ants done today.

-Get-R-Done is 15.7oz and ready to rock!

-Get Stuffed, which for this event is really Get-R-Done #2 is also 15.7oz and ready to go. I tried a few different things on this version, a new wheel set up and no back wedge. I took a little inspiration from Fuzzy for the wheels here. I think they look cool and they seem to perform better than the regular wheels.

-Get Flippen is also done weighing in at 14.5oz. I will make a few different attachments, but I think how it is now will be how it will fight the majority of the time.

-All that is left to do is make some sort of fodder bot to take the place of pookie for this event. I might just use a small little Wal-Mart car for this.

Why is it the four bar linkage arm operates from the front ? I build K*bots and I can get a lot more force from firing from the rear bars. Ill put up a link in a little while to show you
