Information
Envy is a heavyweight robot that was built by Shane Swan from Lincolnshire, it was the most successful heavyweight he had built and was also very popular with many fans. Envy was built as a robot with a front-hinge flipper which was powerful enough to toss a lot of robots out of the arena. Envy has enjoyed a lot of success in its career in robot combat winning the majority of the Roaming Robots events in 2008 when Team captain Shane Swan won personality of the year award the same year and it also finished as runner-up to Ripper at the 2011 Heavyweight UK Championships which were hosted live at the O2 arena in London. In 2012, Envy was retired as it was rebuilt into an improved version of Shane's previous robot Air.
