Information
Lightning is a robot that was built in 2002 by Laurie Calvert from Hornchurch, Essex. It first made its TV appearance on Robot Wars Extreme where it finished as semi-finalist in the Tag Team Terror along with Steel Avenger. It returned for Series 7 where it got to the heat final and lost there to Gravity. Lightning's sideways flipper is a first amongst robot weaponry.
