Information
Scraptosaur is a Dutch heavyweight robot that was built by Marien van der Meer. The first version of this machine was built for the first series of the Dutch Robot Wars where it lost its heat semi-final to PulverizeR. It was rebuilt again for Series 2 of the Dutch wars where it reached the semi-finals beating Gravity in the Heat final and losing out in the semis to PulverizeR again. This version (version 3) fought in the UK Seventh Series of Robot Wars where it made the second round of its heat and was beaten by St. Agro (now Maelstrom). Scraptosaur was armed with a very powerful flipper that could turn a battle on its head and it had really strong armour which stood up to a heavy ocean buoy from the Robot Wars drop-zone.
