Information
Iron-Awe 2.1 was built originally as Iron-Awe 2, the second robot from the Iron-Awe robots built by Team Iron-Awe. It was built in 2002 originally for Series 6 where it fell in the heats to Chaos 2 before getting re modified again for Series 7 the next year to Iron-Awe 2.1 where it got to its heat final and lost to future UK Champion Typhoon 2. It did however manage to win the Axe Attack special the same series though. Iron-Awe 2.1 is now retired but it is still seen at live events on display along with one of the teams other previous robots Axe-Awe.
